Klimkin opposes gradual lifting of sanctions against Russia

Ukrainian Foreign Minister Pavlo Klimkin described as counterproductive the signals about the possible gradual lifting of the anti-Russian sanctions in the event that there is some progress in the process of implementation of the Minsk peace agreements.
