Tropical Depression Bonnie means another bad beach day

CHARLESTON, S.C. (AP) — Tropical Depression Bonnie reached the South Carolina coast early Sunday before stalling just inland, bringing heavy rain and rough tides to an area packed with tourists for the Memorial Day weekend.
