Ukraine Today: Russia 'covers' Yanukovych and Azarov

Ukraine's ousted president Viktor Yanukovych and his ally, former Ukrainian Prime Minister, Mykola Azarov are now officially Russian citizens and, consequently, are under the protection of the Russian Federation.
