Cops to Tamir Rice’s Family: Encourage Kids Not to Play With Toy Guns

On Monday, it was announced that the city of Cleveland would pay $6 million to the family of 12-year-old Tamir Rice, who was shot and killed by a police officer while playing with a toy gun in a local park. Representatives of the local police union have some, um, misguided things to say about it.
