Former CIA Operative Faces Extradition To Italy For 2003 Extraordinary Rendition

A former undercover CIA officer will be extradited to Italy to face charges over the 2003 extraordinary rendition of a terror suspect to Egypt, according to Raw Story quoting a UK Guardian story. Sabrina De Sousa, who holds US and Portuguese citizenship, was arrested in Portugal last October and has lost three appeals against being handed over to Italian authorities, the report said. Her extradition is scheduled for May 4.
