Yerevan, Paris Agree on Necessity to Monitor Ceasefire Violations

French State Secretary for European Affairs Harlem Desir said that Paris was interested in the resumption of negotiations for the benefit of a peaceful resolution of the Karabakh conflict, according to the Armenia's presidential press service.
