Head of Syria Gov’t Delegation Accuses Jaysh Al-Islam of Terrorist Acts

Head of the Syrian government delegation at Geneva talks, Bashar Jaafari, accused Jaysh Al-Islam and Ahrar Ash-Sham of carrying out terrorist attacks in Aleppo and Damascus on Monday.
