In Dubai, where too much is never enough, Palazzo Versace fits right in. Tucked away on The Creek, this 215-room sprawling, blingy, behemoth shouldn’t work… but it does. It’s gloriously OTT, but top-notch dining and first-rate staff manage to make the whole experience enjoyable.
