US Eagerness to Abandon Russian-Made Rockets Threatens National Security

The US space program currently relies on Russian-made RD-180 rocket engines to boost its satellites into space. But a handful of Senators don’t like to appear as if they are relying on Moscow, and they’re willing to spend billions on replacements, and leave America’s space program vulnerable in the process.
