NATO Must Stop Expansion in E Europe if Seeks Dialogue With Moscow – Envoy

NATO should stop the process of expanding its military presence along the Russian borders, if the Alliance is serious about resuming the dialogue with Moscow on the issues of arms control and strengthening the European security, Russian Permanent Envoy to NATO Alexander Grushko said Thursday.
