Vancouver Island property listed at $28.8 million sold for $4.9 million in 2012

One of Canada’s priciest houses is for sale in Metchosin for $28.8 million, putting it at the top of Greater Victoria asking prices. Its sale price in November 2012, when the 67-acre waterfront property last changed hands, was $4.984 million.
