HNC May Return to Geneva Talks if Sees Progress on Humanitarian Deliveries

The Syrian opposition High Negotiations Committee (HNC) may reverse its decision to suspend its participation in the April round of intra-Syrian talks if the international community puts more pressure on Damascus concerning obstacles to humanitarian deliveries and the transitional governing body, the HNC delegation head told Sputnik on Thursday.
