UK Accused of 'Shifting the Goalposts' Over Defense Spending Claims

A group of senior lawmakers in the UK House of Commons has claimed the British Government has "shifted the goalposts" in its spending budget in an effort to pretend its spending two percent of GDP on defense is on target.
