Separatists say 20 prisoners handed over to Ukrainian authorities

The authorities of the self-proclaimed Donetsk People's Republic (DPR) have handed over 20 prisoners to the Ukrainian side, chief of staff of the DPR human rights ombudsman Dmitry Popov told reporters.
