Gorbachev urges Obama, Putin to meet and discuss Ukraine crisis

Former Soviet President Mikhail Gorbachev has urged the U.S. and Russian leaders, Barack Obama and Vladimir Putin, to meet and to discuss the Ukraine crisis, as Europe may not survive another 'frozen conflict'.
