Yerevan Informs Int'l Bodies of Baku's Humanitarian Violations in Karabakh

Armenian Deputy Foreign Minister Shavarsh Kocharyan said that Armenian diplomats around the world have been holding meetings in the countries they are posted in to provide the respective countries with information about the situation in Nagorno-Karabakh.
