Bloomberg: Ukraine must accelerate Minsk commitments - Hollande, Merkel

French President Francois Hollande and German Chancellor Angela Merkel Friday told Ukrainian President Petro Poroshenko that he must accelerate commitments he’s made to modernize his country and end fighting in the east.
