Saakashvili promises to support Risoil in conflict with PGO

ODESA - Head of Odesa Regional State Administration Mikheil Saakashvili together with the mayor of Chornomorsk (previously Illichivsk) on April 14 visited JV Risoil Terminal LLC of Risoil S.A., a Ukrainian-Swiss stevedoring company, which invested $70 million in the project, to support the company in a conflict with officials.
