Kremlin Denies Reports Putin to Meet With Iranian Top Brass

Russian President Vladimir Putin has is not going to meet with Major General from the Iranian Army of the Guardians of the Islamic Revolution Qasem Soleimani, Kremlin spokesman Dmitry Peskov said Friday.
