Richard J. Rhodes, 95, widower of Ramona Sue, Lincoln, passed April 13, 2016. Born on May 3, 1920, in Indianapolis, Ind., to Merrill and Lena (Warnke) Rhodes. Served in the U.S. Coast Guard.
