World Bank promises assault on tax cheats following the Panama Papers leak

World Bank president Jim Yong Kim pledged an assault on ‘illicit financial flows’. Meanwhile George Osborne promised a five-nation assault on tax cheats with France, Italy, Spain and Germany.
