Pyatt says US sad about Dutch referendum outcome, but honors its democratic practices

Washington is disappointed with the outcome of the nationwide referendum over EU-Ukraine Association held in the Netherlands on April 6, said U.S. Ambassador to Ukraine Geoffrey Pyatt.
