Kelso train depot volunteers struggle with cleaning up after homeless

When volunteers for a nonprofit in Kelso got started in 2009, they thought they would be greeting travelers at the tracks and providing information about the city, not cleaning feces off the floors or policing for drugs in the bathrooms.
