Madrid Withdraws Envoy to Venezuela Over Maduro’s 'Racist' Rajoy Insults

The Spanish government has decided to withdraw its ambassador to Venezuela, for consultations in connection with the "insulting" remarks by Venezuelan President Nicolas Maduro in address to Spain’s acting Prime Minister Mariano Rajoy, the Spanish Foreign Ministry said Friday.
