Panama Leaks Prove 'Immoral' Tax System Needs Reforms - EU Finance Chief

EU Economic and Financial Affairs Commissioner Pierre Moscovici has said the Panama Papers which exposed the use of Panama-based law firm Mossack Fonseca by the rich and powerful to avoid tax liabilities left him "outraged and furious."
