Current Spark in E.Ukraine Conflict Precursor to More Widespread Clashes

Russian Envoy to the Organization for Security and Co-operation in Europe Alexander Lukashevich said that the current spark of violating the ceasefire agreement in eastern Ukraine could lead to outbreak of clashes between the conflicting parties.
