Teachers and coaches crying foul with VSB's athletic coordinator on chopping block

Last week's budget proposal from the Vancouver Board of Education recommended eliminating more than 160 full-time jobs, causing distress among educators, parents, and a school board facing a $27-million budget shortfall and very tough choices. And for Allina, and others who care about the 20,000 Vancouver kids in public school sports, the athletic coordinator is of particular concern.
