Plan ahead for booming freight needs, highway administrator says in Lincoln

Nebraska and other Midwest states can position themselves to take advantage of booming freight traffic on the nation's roads, railroads and airways over the next three decades, says Federal Highway Administrator Gregory Nadeau.
