UN gangster has first-degree murder conviction reinstated

When Jack and Doreen Rozen learned Thursday that the Supreme Court of Canada had reinstated a first-degree murder conviction against the killer of their son Marc, they went to his West Vancouver grave to tell him. “Our pain and loss will never heal, but now we can say to our son ‘Marc, dearest son, we love you forever.
