Lavrov, Kerry Discuss Preparation of UNSC Resolution Against North Korea

Russian Foreign Minister Sergei Lavrov discussed with US Secretary of State John Kerry the situation with the preparation of a new UN Security Council resolution in response to Pyongyang’s rocket and nuclear activities in violation of existing UN Security Council resolutions.
