Syria Ceasefire ‘Best Chance’ to Reduce Violence in Conflict-Torn State

The cessation of hostilities in Syria, endorsed by the UN Security Council, is the "best chance" to reduce violence in the country, UN Secretary General Ban Ki-moon said.
