Stable Chain Reaction at Unit 4 of Japan’s Takahama Nuclear Plant to Start

A stable self-sustaining chain reaction was initiated at the fourth nuclear reactor of the Takahama nuclear power plant in Japan, the plant’s operator Kansai Electric Power Company (KEPCO) said.
