German KfW IPEX-Bank eyes investment in Ertis hydrometallurgical plant in Kazakhstan

German KfW IPEX-Bank intends to invest in the construction of the Ertis Hydrometallurgical Plant LLP (Ertis HMP) in Pavlodar region of Kazakhstan.
