Vancouver house prices soar more than 20% in 2015 - but Sydney property is expected to see biggest rises among global cities in 2016

House prices in Sydney are predicted to the rise the most in 2016 compared to the value of luxury homes elsewhere in the world, estate agent Knight Frank predicts.
