International Business Times: Moscow to sue Kyiv over $3 billion debt

Russia will file a lawsuit against Ukraine for failing to pay a $3 billion debt to Moscow, the country’s finance ministry said on Dec. 31. It, however, added that Moscow was ready to consider any significant offer from Ukraine over the debt.
