Man gets community service for fatal June hit-and-run in West Englewood

A 20-year-old Chicago man charged with a fatal hit-and-run crash in West Englewood in June has been sentenced to community service.  Rashaad Jackson pleaded guilty Wednesday to failure to report an accident involving death, according to Cook County court records.
