31 days of dresses, done and dusted
IOl Lifestyle Editor Renee Moodie wore dresses for the month of December for a good cause. Here's how you can help...
|||Cape Town - I've been wearing a dress every day for the month of December.
It's been good - but I am looking forward to a change tomorrow: a pair of shorts and a T-shirt perhaps, given the heat in Cape Town.
Why have I been doing it? To raise funds and awareness for Milk Matters, an organisation which collects and distributes donated breast milk for premature babies in Cape Town. I get sponsored for every day wearing a dress, and the money goes to this good cause.
If you'd like to support them, have a look at my Facebook gallery. I really did wear those dresses!
And if you feel moved to help, even R1 a day would help (making that a donation of R31).
You pay the money to Milk Matters, using my reference number which is 2015D12.
You can either use PayFast – a safe on-line payment option. Click here to make the payment (). Milk Matters will receive an email from Payfast but it would help to email them on jenny@milkmatters.org with your full name, your address and my reference number.
Or you can make a direct deposit:
Account Name: Milk Matters
Bank: Standard Bank
Branch: Mowbray
Branch Code: 051001
Account Number: 07 288 9837
Reference: Your full name and the Dresses For Lives Reference Number - in this case 2015D12.
If you feel moved to help, thank you!
