Jose Enrique on his way out of Liverpool

Liverpool are making Jose Enrique available.

The Liverpool Echo says Enrique will be able to sign a pre-contract agreement with another club from January 1 as his five-year spell with Liverpool comes to an end.

The Spanish left-back will be a free agent next summer but his Reds career is already effectively over as he has failed to force his way into Jurgen Klopp's plans.

Liverpool must decide whether to keep the defender until the end of the season or pay up the final months of his £65,000 per week contract.
