Julio Navarro: UVic prof a pioneer in researching dark matter

Julio Navarro has an outstanding bet. If he loses it, the nature of dark matter, the unseeable and unknown substance that has been the prominent astrophysicist’s life’s work will remain a mystery. If he wins the bet, we will understand dark matter and, thereby, about 27 per cent more of the universe.
