Man serving murder sentence dies in Abbotsford prison

A man serving time for the 2000 slaying of a rival gang member has died in custody. Gurwinder Singh (Gogi) Mann, 39, who was serving a life sentence in Abbotsford’s Pacific Institution, was found unresponsive in the institution’s hospital on Boxing Day.
