Trilateral Contact Group in Minsk agrees on ceasefire starting Dec. 23 midnight

The Trilateral Contact Group for Ukraine has reached agreement in Minsk on a full and unconditional ceasefire starting midnight on Dec. 23, 2015, says Darka Olifer, the press secretary of former Ukrainian President Leonid Kuchma, who represents Ukraine in the Contact Group.
