Russia-EU summits may be resumed starting from March 2016

MOSCOW – The possibility of resuming Russia-European Union summits exists, and this may happen starting from the end of March 2016 if the Minsk peace agreements for Ukraine are implemented, European Parliament Foreign Affairs Committee Chair Elmar Brok said in an interview with Interfax.
