YEREVAN, 12 November. /ARKA/. The Hague-based UN Court of Justice on Tuesday rejected two preliminary objections submitted by Baku in the Armenia v. Azerbaijan case regarding the application of the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Racial Discrimination./pp

Azerbaijan filed a counterclaim against Armenia. On 21 August 2023; Armenia submitted its written objections and position on Azerbaijan's preliminary objections./pp
