Answering the question of why the Armenian side is fulfilling the demands of Azerbaijan, which is illegally located in various parts of its sovereign territory, Grigoryan noted that the main goal of the agreements on the delimitation process and its implementation is to ensure that all such problems receive a calm and fundamental legal solution./pp

On August 30, the Armenian Foreign Ministry reported that Yerevan and Baku had signed a regulation on the joint activities of the commissions on delimitation and demarcation of the state border. The regulation was adopted by the Armenian government at a meeting on September 4. On September 26, the Constitutional Court of Armenia issued its decision, according to which the Regulation complies with the Constitution of the Republic of Armenia. -0-/p brp/p
