About 21,600 transactions concluded in the real estate market of Armenia in July

YEREVAN, September 6. /ARKA/. According to the National Statistical Committee, 21,584 transactions were concluded in the real estate market of Armenia in July 2024, compared to 21,147 transactions in June of the same year.nbsp;/pp
The largest number of transactions were concluded in Yerevan - 5,791 (26.8% of the total), the smallest - in Vayots Dzor - 527 (2.4%)./pp
In Kotayk, 3,829 transactions (17.7%) were made, in Tavush – 1,969 (9.1%), in Ararat – 1,836 (8.5%), in Armavir – 1,790 (8.3%), in Aragatsotn – 1,327 (6.1%), in Gegharkunik – 1,291 (6%), in Lori – 1,245 (5.8%), in Syunik – 1,029 (4.8%), in Shirak - 950 (4.5%)./pp
Real estate alienation transactions prevailed- 7,427 (34.4% of the total), including 4,939 purchase and sale transactions, 2,231 donations and 56 exchanges./pp
Some 4,376 transactions were primary registration (20.3% of the total number), 3,523 were transactions for inheritance (16.3%), 3,002 transactions were for collateral (13.9%), 1,976 transactions were re-registration (9.2%), 1,020 transactions for lease (4.7%), and 260 transactions were legalization of real estate.
