Dad said 'I know what I'm doing' before three children swept out to sea on paddleboard in coastal 'horror'

A former coastguard was at the scene and said the children were not wearing buoyancy aids. They and the dad all had to be rescued near dangerous rocks as beach-goers looked on 'speechless'
