Electricity generation in Armenia increased by 5 per cent year-on-year in 6 months of 2024

YEREVAN, 26 July. /ARKA/. Electricity production in Armenia increased by 5% in January-June 2024 compared to the same period of 2023, the National Statistical Committee reports./pp

It said the overall electricity generation in the first 6 months of this year totalled about 4.3 billion kWh./pp

At the same time, electricity production in June 2024 was down 5.3% from June 2023 and down 4.5% from May 2024.-0-./p
