Thousands of South African soldiers work to train and rebuild the Democratic Republic of Congo's armed forces, in a bid to protect people from heavily armed rebel groups, many of whom have been accused of gross human rights violations. Graeme Hosken was there as the SANDF took up a different kind of mission in the DRC - bringing Christmas cheer to our soldiers serving as peacekeepers.
