Armenian, Belgian foreign ministers discuss bilateral ties, Armenia-Azerbaijan peace negotiations

YEREVAN, July 11. /ARKA/. Armenia’s Foreign Minister Ararat Mirzoyan met with his Belgian counterpart Hadja Lahbib, Mirzoyan reported on Thursday./pp “As always, pleasure meeting with my Belgian counterpart Hadja Lahbib. [I] enjoyed an interesting conversation on ways to further enhance Armenia-Belgium ties and Armenia’s partnership with the European Union. We value what we have achieved and engage for more,” he wrote on X, formerly Twitter.br/pp

The two foreign ministers also exchanged opinions on regional issues, and Mirzoyan briefed Lahbib on the peace negotiations between Armenia and Azerbaijan./p

Mirzoyan and Lahbib are currently in Washington, DC, participating in the Partners' Summit of NATO and various events commemorating the 75th anniversary of the Alliance.
