Police are investigating the murder of a 43-year-old man, who was found dead in a hotel on the Durban beachfront.

Durban - Police are investigating the murder of a 43-year-old man, who was found dead in a hotel on the Durban beachfront.

According to a source, the man, who was a guest at the hotel, was found with a pillow over his head and two gunshot wounds to the head on Thursday.

Police spokesman Thulani Zwane said the man’s cellphone and wallet had been taken.

The hotel declined to comment.
